Pasta sauce was dried out in Amatriciana and the Quattro Formaggio was very salty tonight. Not the usual high standard unfortunately.

The food took 1hr 20 mins to get to us. Food:The chicken nuggets were red in the middle. 5he rest was ok Delivery: I called after 1 hour of waiting and they said the driver had the food nothing they could do and the driver had it for a while. I said they contract is with them not the delivery driver and they are held responsible, in a not so polite way they said not their problem. When the food arrived I asked to feel how hot the food was as I informed the driver that I did not want to take if it was cold. He said he has literally just left and that they had lied. Poor service.

2 hours late and cold

Ordered garlic Mayo and it wasn't included in the order. Ordered Piri piri and something came but none of us recognised it as piri piri Single fish used to come with a few chips - this time nothing. disappointing.

Got the pizza - delicious. Also got the macaroni cheese and it’s amazing! Defo a new fave. Chips weren’t great this time

I've had deliveries before from here and have also been good. However on my last home delivery you forgot to include the 2 extra sauces I had ordered and paid for... this is 1st time this has happened. Mx

order arrived ordered and paid for a baked potato with tuna then added cheese and coleslaw got a cheese tattie not impressed other food was fine need to do better

Curry sauce was very watery. Fish supper very nice and the kebab was not that hot.

Never had any issues before now. Nearly an hour later and still no delivery. Will be cold. Got told at 7:15 it was be next to go out.

Food Cold ( Not for the first time i must say) the inside wrapper was firmly stuck to the burgers and underside of fried pizza. Batter had to be pulled of to get to burger and pizza base scraped away. Potentially a choking hazard. Waste of Money....never again!!!

Food was lovely as usual and the delivery time was as expected for a Friday night. I was a bit disappointed with the "large" fish, must've been a man measuring this one...
